Yet another feckin' tool to build a Linux distro.

Note: while the tool will be capable of producing a distribution from a meta recipe style, a distro is not actually the aim. Instead we're going through the concepts of OS/distro design and theory, which should additionally prove beneficial to the maintainers of tooling in existing distributions.
This tool is being developed exclusively for my YouTube content series to show the world how real distros are actually built. Yknow, not a "wallpaper respin" but the meat and guts of it all.
I was motivated out of retirement effectively through disgust and astonishment. Initially dumbfounded by the absurdity of Omarchy receiving approx. $13MN in funding for essentially a respin, I then learned of the views of DHH.

I've chosen to name the tool after my son Barney. Having previously built boulder I thought the pun of "Barney Rubble" was too amusing to ignore.
